CONSORTIUM C8

Consortium C8 intermediate pole is constructed with high-strength steel that increases its load-bearing capacity and elasticity, equipped with reinforcing ribs that greatly increase strength.

It is produced with 2 different buttonholes continuing the concept of the proven C1 Maxi.
This model has as a novelty the provision of practical mixed type "A" or "N" buttonholes. In addition, "H" buttonholes positioned towards the base have been obtained, which facilitate the hooking of the threads at rest.
It is produced in various lengths, thicknesses and materials.
On request it can be produced with customized developments and dimensions with the various types of slots combinable with each other.

Description

It is constructed with 3 types of thread-holder slots, thus suitable for mechanical lifting of wires:

  • Buttonholes type A
Open at the top with lug not protruding from the profile, recommended when using spring spacers or movable wires. Double positive effect: no damage can be caused to the beaters of the harvesters, and no damage is caused with prepoters to the buttonholes.
They allow an initial manual raising of the wires, avoiding damage to young vegetation, and also give the possibility of mechanical intervention for subsequent wire raising.
The weight that insists on the wire (due to shoots, leaves, grapes, wind) is no longer supported by the protruding lug, but distributed all along the pole; thus it is the pole that carries the weight, not the lug.
  • N-type buttonholes
"N" shaped with anti-hook characteristics particularly suitable for vineyards in hilly areas with counter slopes.
  • H-type buttonhole
Buttonhole positioned toward the base to facilitate the hooking of wires at rest.
